At ASPM we focus on identifying the “WHY” that has to be answered for any change to take place. Once we are clear on WHY a particular change has to be made it becomes easier to answer
What change has to be done?
How it is to be done?
Who is going to do it?
When will it happen?
Where will the change take place?
And so on and so forth. While these questions are answered there is a need to unbiased, independent and honest. It is very important at concept stage of any project that the key stake holders are having a clear idea about why they are working on any project.
In any project execution ASPM focuses on identifying the potential leaders and coaching and mentoring them to unleash their potential. Risk mitigation, micro management and transparency are the key factors of ASPM’s project execution approach. ASPM’s project execution technic focuses on tactical advancement and on pro-activeness in conflict identification and resolution

At ASPM, we believe on a pyramid for execution of our projects. Our projects are backbone of our business and we focus on this pyramid as part of our project execution philosophy.

Relationship with clients is of prime importance to us. Our business depends on our relationship with our clients.

These 2 M ‘s denote the levels of management, that are important to us, micro Level and macro level. While working with our clients, we focus on both Macro as well as Micro level while managing projects.

In this process of management of relationship the important thing is to manage the change. We use 3A’s to manage the change. Anticipate, Aim and Achieve. We anticipate what change is going to take place. We aim for the desired change and act accordingly to achieve the change.

PPPP

The next obvious question to be answered is where we look for these changes to take place. There are 4P’s to answer that question; People, Processes, Products and Performance. We focus on these 4 “P’s” to get the results.

Connect – We believe in connecting with our customers at all levels.
Communicate – At ASPM we believe that half of our issues can be resolved by enhancing our communication with our customers.
Coordinate – We believe in coordinating is necessary part of our execution methodology.
Cooperate – This is 4th step in establishing a relationship with client. Cooperation is key to ensure that we always move on.
Coexist – Our existence depends up on the ecosystem of our client hence it is necessary for us to coexist with our client.
