He is an Industrial Engineer with extensive experience in different facets of business and in a variety of industry sectors like petrochemicals, ceramics, construction, Mechanical equipment manufacturing, financial services, consulting and third party certification to name a few.

By virtue of experience, he has been exposed to manufacturing as well as the service sector also. The gamut of experience not only covers Micro, Small & Medium Enterprises, and large to multinational (fortune 500) organizations, but also family owned businesses as well as professional organizations and corporate houses. Identifying the potential leaders and coaching and mentoring them to unleash their potential have been key factor for his success. Risk mitigation, micro management and transparency are the key factors of his project execution approach. His project execution technic focuses on tactical advancement and on pro-activeness in conflict identification and resolution.

He has a sound understanding of management philosophies ranging from Conventional Management to Self-Directed Teams. Understanding formal as well as informal team dynamics have been his strength.
